I opened Ultra Steam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning in 1997. I realized that I needed more education to operate a professional carpet cleaning company so I enrolled in certification courses for carpet cleaning, upholstery and fine fabric cleaning, carpet repair and re installation, carpet dyeing and color correction, odor control, and specialty stain removal. In these courses I learned about fabric and fiber construction, styles and types. I learned about chemistry; ingredients, properties, mixtures, effectiveness, application, limitations and abilities. After a few years I became a certified Master Textile Cleaner.
I’m involved from start to finish. I answer the phone and set the appointment with you, I do the cleaning in your home or business and ensure that the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Powerful machine is mounted in the van along with the waste tank, fresh water supply and water softener. The solution line, vacuum hose, and the cleaning tools are also neatly stored inside.
