		When you purchase your carpet or upholstery, you make a significant investment and take your time selecting which style and color will suit your needs. So wouldn’t it make sense to invest in caring for it properly? Manufacturers recommend that residential carpet be cleaned every 12-18 months. More frequent cleaning is usually required depending on the living conditions of the household. Don’t wait until it looks dirty, it’s usually too late by then.

		Carpet cleaning packages

		Deluxe package We will vacuum your carpet edge to corner, apply pretreatment, clean, soil filtration lines, clean, move furniture, groom the carpet and speed dry - 60 cents per sq. ft. Economy package We will vacuum all the open areas of carpet, apply pretreatment, clean, groom your carpet and speed dry – 50 cents per sq. ft. Budget package We will apply pretreatment and clean your carpet – 40 cents per sq. ft. We provide wall to wall pet urine treatment at an additional cost of 20 cents per sq. ft. This service includes an ultra violet light inspection. If your pet has an accident within two weeks of the original cleaning, we will return and clean it up for free! Our company offers carpet protection at an additional cost of 30 cents per sq. ft. This service includes our one year spot and spill warranty. If you have a spot or spill that you can’t get out with the spotter we provide for you, we will return to clean the area for free! Stains that contain dyes natural or synthetic and pet stains are excluded from the warranty. Note; Certain stains may not be visible until initial cleaning has been completed. Some stains may not be removed completely and many factors will determine permanent stains. Upholstery cleaning Upholstery cleaning prices are determined by the linear foot, fabric style and fabric type. Most natural fabrics start at$25 per linear foot. Most synthetic fabrics start at $20/ln. ft. Chairs are priced separately and a firm price will be given before any work begins. Micro fiber is priced at $25/ln. ft. and can have additional charges depending on soiling conditions. Loose back cushions start at $10 each Drapery cleaning Because of the extensive variety of drapery, i.e. length, fabric type and soiling conditions, prices will vary. The least expensive will start at $10/pleat. Headers are priced on sight only. Protector is priced according to fabric type. Mattress cleaning Mattress cleaning includes cleaning top, bottom and sides with an EPA registered disinfectant $99 - single $99 - full, queen $119.99 - king Urine treatment $99 each piece complete.

		Ultra Steam has a $100 minimum service charge A service charge of $49.99 is applied if after an on site estimate, you decide not to have us perform the work.
