The first step that needs to be taken is to eliminate the source of the odor. If the odor is coming from your pet the chances of it re soiling the area are very high and removal of the pet is not something any pet loving person will do. So we are here to clean no matter how often you need us.

 The second step is to determine the nature of the odor and locate all of the contamination. We use a 150W ultra violet light that shows urine contamination not visible under normal light conditions wherever they exist.

 Next, we treat the contaminated areas. Often, we may have to disengage the carpet and replace the pad or cushion to be thorough. Then we completely rinse and sanitize the area. With the powerful equipment used, the area's contaminants are safely removed. The sub floor should be sealed and the carpet is re engaged. Then a complete wall to wall cleaning is performed.

 If the odor is from smoke, cooking or something other that pets, the odor removal process may differ. A complete wall to wall cleaning is necessary to remove as much of the odor causing contaminants as possible. Cleaning your furniture may also be required. This is followed by the ozone process and or ultra low volume fogging.
